All sales made by TouchRoyale Cakes by are subject to the following terms and conditions.
We will work closely with you to design your cake.
We are happy to use pictures of cake as inspiration. We ensure your cake reflects your personality and style. We do not copy pictures received exactly due to privacy policies.
At TouchRoyale Cakes we have a payment validates order policy.
▪️ To Book Your Cake:
All cupcakes and cake orders under £50 full payment is required at booking.
For our Ready-When-You-Are cakes (also know as last minute cakes) full payment is required.
For birthday cakes from £80 – £150. £50 booking fee is required to secure booking.
For tiered cakes and wedding cakes 50% booking fee is required to secure booking.
However full payment is required for orders within 2 weeks to event
Full payment is required for all orders within a week to delivery/pickup
All booking fees must be paid within 3 days of the booking information being sent; dates cannot be held open without the booking fee.
If payment is not made date will be released and another booking may be taken, which may mean we are no longer able to accommodate your order.
Orders are only confirmed when the booking fee has been paid.
Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable as they secure your date in our dairy.
▪️Alterations to Orders:
Any alterations to the cake order after a price has been agreed might attract extra charges which will be added to the balance of the cake order
▪️Delivery available on request and at a cost.
▪️ Collection of Your Cakes
Cake would be picked up at a prearranged time. Last minute delivery option is not available.
You must adhere to the collection time that has been prearranged.. Change in prearranged time must be 24hours notice to be acceptable and this is subjected to our availability
Wedding cakes are not available for collection.
▪️Shelf Life
We recommend our cakes be eaten within 3 days of the event for them to be enjoyed at their best.
Left over cake can be frozen if you would like to.
▪️Complaints:
ToucheRoyale Cake will not be liable for any damages to cakes picked or dropped off in excellent conditions. Any alterations to fix the cake in the event of an accident will incur additional charges this is subject to our availability.
In the event of issues with the quality of the cake, we would only attend to this if we are notified within 48hours being delivered or picked.
If the compliant is regarding the quality of the cake, we may ask for the cake or the remainder of the cake to be returned to us within 48 hours of delivery for inspection.
Our customers satisfaction is always our priority. We would proffer reasonable solution to complaints.
▪️Allergens & Special Dietary Requirements-
Please advise us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements when booking your cake.
Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If there is anything you don’t understand please feel free to enquire.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions. However, you will only subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you place your order with us.
By paying your booking fee, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions so please read them carefully.
