My journey into baking started back in my Mum’s kitchen and I give a lot of credit to my Mum who is a trained City and Guilds baker for my love and passion for cakes.
Growing up, my Mum made all our birthday cakes and one cake I recall was my uncle’s wedding cake which I was actively involved in the making with her, we made the cake with so much dedication, love and attention to detail. It was a indeed a centrepiece!
The reaction of joy and excitement of guests on seeing the cake is one that’s unforgettable for me. This made me fall deeply in love with cake making and celebration as a whole.
TouchRoyale Cakes was birthed from loving cakes, the happiness and joy cakes brings to the celebrants and being an ardent lover of celebrations, making cakes gives me the platform to showcase my passion.
